Woman arrested for vehicular homicide in connection with fatal crash at new bypass in April

A woman was arrested on Thursday for vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol.
Elizabeth Fox, 48, was involved in a fatal crash on April 9 at the intersection of the new Berea Bypass at 956 and U.S. 25. She was arrested on Wednesday. Berea Police served an active warrant for her arrest at a residence in Jackson County.
The victim in the fatal accident was 27-year-old Victoria McQueary of Richmond, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Fox was also charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, 1st degree (aggravated circumstances).
She is lodged in the Madison County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
